By accessing vectus.ai or using any service provided by Orchestra8 Ventures Pvt Ltd you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Orchestra8 Ventures Pvt Ltd is a company incorporated in India, trading as Vectus. We operate vectus.ai and provide the Vectus autonomous supply chain operating platform.

Permitted use

You may use vectus.ai for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

Submitting enquiries and demo requests

You may not use vectus.ai to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation in India or any other jurisdiction
Infringe the intellectual property rights of Vectus or any third party
Transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from vectus.ai without our written permission
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of vectus.ai or the servers and networks connected to it
Impersonate Orchestra8 Ventures, Vectus, or any of our employees or representatives

Intellectual property

Ownership

All content on vectus.ai — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is owned by or licensed to Orchestra8 Ventures Pvt Ltd and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

The Vectus name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of Orchestra8 Ventures Pvt Ltd.

Permitted use of content

You may view, download, and print content from vectus.ai for your own personal, non-commercial informational use provided you:

Do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Do not modify the content
Attribute the content to Orchestra8 Ventures Pvt Ltd / Vectus

Platform services

Enterprise platform

Use of the Vectus platform by enterprise customers is governed by a separate written agreement entered into between Orchestra8 Ventures Pvt Ltd and the customer — typically a Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Enterprise License Agreement.

These Terms govern use of the vectus.ai marketing website only. They do not constitute an agreement to provide platform access or any other services.

No platform warranty from website

Nothing on vectus.ai constitutes a warranty, representation, or commitment regarding the features, performance, or availability of the Vectus platform. Platform warranties are governed exclusively by the applicable enterprise agreement.

Disclaimer of warranties

vectus.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

vectus.ai will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
Information on vectus.ai is complete, accurate, or current
vectus.ai is free from viruses or other harmful components
Defects will be corrected

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orchestra8 Ventures Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Losses arising from your reliance on information on vectus.ai

arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use vectus.ai, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of vectus.ai shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orchestra8 Ventures Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of vectus.ai in violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Your infringement of any third party's rights

Modifications to the website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue vectus.ai or any part of it at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

Your continued use of vectus.ai after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms please stop using vectus.ai.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of vectus.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orchestra8 Ventures Pvt Ltd with respect to your use of vectus.ai and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
