Build the operating layer
for global supply chains.

We started Vectus in January 2026 with a clear thesis: the next decade of supply chain software will be defined by autonomous execution, not better dashboards. We are looking for people who want to build that future from the ground up.

A real problem, a real market

Enterprise supply chains move trillions of dollars annually and still run on email and spreadsheets. This is not a vitamin. It is a painkiller for an industry that has needed it for two decades.

Early enough to matter

We are building the foundation. The decisions made in the next twelve months will shape the product for years. The people who join now will be the ones who made those decisions.

How we work

Ownership over process

We do not have layers of approval for good ideas. If you own something, you make the call. We expect judgment, not permission-seeking.

Speed over perfection

We ship, learn, and improve. A good decision made today beats a perfect decision made next month. We move fast and fix what breaks.

Context over instruction

We share why, not just what. Everyone at Vectus understands the business, the customers, and the thesis. Better context produces better decisions at every level.

Outcome over effort

We measure what happened, not how hard someone worked. Hours in the office mean nothing. Results do.

About the role

Vectus sells to enterprise supply chain teams — procurement heads, VP Logistics, and COOs at companies moving significant freight volumes globally. These are not impulse buyers. They need to understand the problem deeply before they will give us thirty minutes.

Your job is to make those thirty minutes happen. You will research target accounts, understand their operations, find the right people to speak to, and run outreach that is specific enough to earn a response. This is not mass email blasting. It is precision work.

You will report directly to our Head of Sales and work closely with the founding team. If you do this well, you will convert to a full-time role and grow with us.

What you will do

Research and build target account lists — BCOs, importers, and manufacturers moving 250+ containers per year globally

Enrich leads with operational context — trade lanes, freight spend estimates, current tools, and likely pain points

Run personalised outreach via email and LinkedIn — no templates, no mass sends, every message specific to the account

Qualify inbound interest and book discovery meetings for the sales team

Track pipeline activity, maintain CRM hygiene, and report on outreach performance weekly

What we are looking for

A fresh graduate — or final year student — with a degree in supply chain management, international trade, logistics, or a related field

Genuine curiosity about how global supply chains work. You should be able to explain what a BCO is, why D&D charges happen, and what a TMS does

Strong written communication. Outreach that earns responses is specific, concise, and respectful of the reader's time. Show us you can write that way

Hunger over polish. We would rather someone who will figure things out than someone with a perfect CV who needs direction at every step

What success looks like in 90 days

You have built a qualified pipeline of target accounts. You are booking a consistent number of discovery meetings per week for the sales team. You understand our ideal customer profile well enough to spot a good fit from a LinkedIn profile. The founding team trusts your judgment on which accounts to prioritise.
